USPSA PowerHub

Last updated: May 29, 2026

USPSA PowerHub (“the App”) is the official system of record for the United States Power Soccer Association (“USPSA”, “we”, “us”). It manages players, teams, rosters, game results, tournament brackets, and statistics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

  • Account information. When an account is created, we collect your email address and the role assigned to you (for example administrator, referee, team representative, coach, or player).
  • Player and team records. Team representatives and administrators enter player names, team affiliations, roster details, classification, and related competition information.
  • Competition data. Match results, goals, cards, speed-test results, certifications, tournament standings, and statistics generated during events.
  • Technical data. Standard information needed to operate the service securely, such as authentication session tokens and basic request logs.

How We Use Information

  • To operate the App and provide its features.
  • To authenticate users and enforce role-based access to the right features.
  • To record and display game results, standings, brackets, and statistics.
  • To maintain the integrity and security of competition data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children’s Information

Power soccer is played by athletes of all ages, and some players may be minors. Player records are created and managed by team representatives and USPSA administrators—not by the players themselves—and contain only the information needed to manage rosters and competition. We do not knowingly allow minors to create their own accounts. If you believe a player’s information should be corrected or removed, contact us using the details below.

How Information Is Stored

Data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase and served through Vercel. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security policies. Records are retained for as long as needed for USPSA competition and historical purposes; deletions are performed as soft deletes so records can be recovered and audited, and are removed permanently on request where appropriate.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers to operate the App. They process data only to provide their services to us:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or a player record you are responsible for. To make a request, contact us using the information below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
